Reflections Hard Surface Restoration, LLC, is the result of many years of working for other people. My name is Christopher Sperry. I starting working at age 14 and have worked for someone else ever since. My profession was in business management. Unfortunately, after working for 11 years with one company, my position was eliminated. The next company eliminated my position after 10 years.

Loosing a job is hard. It’s a shot to one’s life. So after my last lay off, I was determined to finally take the plunge and start a business rather than working for someone else. As a result, I did extensive research to find a business opportunity that would deliver a product / service that everyone needed, at a reasonable price, and that helped the people it services.

I decided on this business because the service is something that I truly believe in. Most people believe that concrete / most hard surfaces are maintenance free. Concrete is durable it is not maintenance free. 

Our process uses a 4 prong approach to restoration process.

  • Identify damage, cracking, chipping, wash out. 
• Customer Expectations
  • Our process helps to identify the cause of the damage and we work closely with our customers to identify their expectations
• Written Bid
  • We outline our processes and materials in a digital PDF  
• Projection Completion
  • As the project is performed, we keep our customers in the loop so there are no surprises in the end. Upon completion, the customer is asked to approve the outcome before invoicing. Your satisfaction is our priority!
